The amount one of you owes the other is calculated automatically and takes into account all the expenses that have not been refunded yet. No math required! Just reimburse yourself and click a button to reset the balance and mark all expenses as refunded. You can even set a reminder so you don’t forget when it’s time to settle the accounts.
