These Notion Premium Support Supplementary Terms (“Premium Support Terms”) form a part of the Master Subscription Agreement between you and Notion (the “Agreement”). These Premium Support Terms apply to Customer’s use of the Premium Support Add-on purchase. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
- Key Benefits. The Premium Support Add-on benefits described in the applicable Documentation are available to Customer during the applicable Subscription Term for the Premium Support Add-on.
- Warranty; Disclaimer.
- Warranty. Notion warrants that during the applicable Subscription Term, the Premium Support Add-on will be performed by suitably skilled and experienced personnel in a diligent, good and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards. If Notion breaches the foregoing warranty, as Customer’s sole remedy and Notion’s sole liability, Notion will, at its expense, either: (1) modify the Premium Support Add-on to enable it to comply with the foregoing warranty or (2) terminate the Premium Support Add-on and refund to Customer any Subscription Fees paid for the Premium Support Add-on not provided. This warranty will not apply unless Customer notifies Notion in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery of any such breach.
- Disclaimer. The foregoing warranty is the sole warranty provided in connection with Notion’s delivery of the Premium Support Add-on.
- Personnel.
- Although Notion will endeavor to not replace any Premium Support Agent, Notion reserves the right to replace such individuals in its sole discretion with a qualified replacement.
- Notion will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly assign a qualified replacement in the event of a Premium Support Agent leave or departure.
- The Premium Support Agent may not be available during paid time off (e.g., vacation, sick time) or administrative days (e.g., internal training days, employer-required attendance at company events). Notion will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such absences.
- Language Support. The Premium Support Add-on is available in English only, unless otherwise agreed to by Notion in writing in its sole discretion.
- Out of Scope Services. The Premium Support Add-on does not include delivery of services not expressly stated herein, including, without limitation, implementation, configuration, training, data migration, consulting, code development, or similar services. Any services outside the scope of the Premium Support Add-on are subject to a separate statement of work and applicable fees.
- Customer Responsibility. As part of performing the Premium Support Add-on, Notion may troubleshoot or guide Customer’s configuration or technical setup of the Services. However, Customer is ultimately solely responsible for any configuration or technical setup of its Notion instance.
- Modifications. During the applicable Subscription Term, Notion may modify these Premium Support Terms and the Premium Support Add-on from time to time, provided that any such modifications shall not materially reduce the overall benefits, taken as a whole, of the Premium Support Add-on.
